Toracon has joined the “Japan Marriage Agency Federation,” operated by IBJ, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s First Section, to provide high-quality and diverse opportunities for meeting others. We are learning from the federation’s know-how.

Additionally, we have combined analysis from the IBJ system with strategic planning based on psychological principles and personal advice. This allows us to support your successful match with know-how unique to Toracon.

Support for activities

Step1. Free counseling

By evaluating and analyzing your current situation, we can propose a detailed action plan that matches your future vision. There are also cases when we recommend other matchmaking platforms.

Step 2. First Counseling

We aim to bring about successful marriages within one year. To achieve this, we use a variety of strategic perspectives and psychological principles, and we invite you to review the following with your advisor.

1. Draw up an action plan
2. Set the target of approach
3. Provide counseling to reveal your appeal
4. Create a profile strategy to help you win

Step 3. Preparation for the Start of Activities

Based on the contents of Step 2, we will refine your personal PR materials, write a recommendation, and register your membership information.

Step 4. Approach

Choose from approximately 87,800 people (the number of members registered in the Japan Marriage Agency Federation (IBJ) as of April 2024).

Step 5. Matching

We will adjust the matching schedule and meeting place, and support you by providing feedback and responding to the results of the matching on your behalf.

Step 6. Dating

An advisor will be with you in case you have any concerns. We can assist you with thoughtful and helpful advice.

Step 7. Engagement

Congratulations! Even when you are married and leave the program, we make ourselves available to assist you on such matters as engagement parties, meeting family members, wedding venues, dresses, and honeymoons!

Regular interview support

Step 1. Daily activity status check

To make sure that everyone achieves satisfactory results, our advisors work together as a team to regularly monitor the progress of our members’ activities.

Step 2. Advisor all-hands meeting

In a weekly meeting, our team discusses what introductions are most likely to lead to marriage, with the aim of improving our success rate.

Step 3. Compilation of activity data

We will check your activity status based on statistical data, and give you advice in order to improve your success rate.

Step 4. Regular meetings

At the regular meetings, we clarify individual issues and propose improvements.
